GOLDSMITH
Camelot Diamonds Limited is a small boutique company specialising in making and selling various fine jewellery from gold and diamonds. Due to expansion of our business and orders now we are looking to hire an experienced goldsmith.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Making and repairing jewellery and decorative precious metal ware, setting, cutting and polishing gemstones and making master patterns for articles of jewellery.
- Repairing or remodelling jewellery and designing and creating pieces for commission, for a jeweller or mass production.
- Engraving a raised pattern on the metal by hand or computer-aided design.
- Cleaning, repairing, altering, and restoring antique or broken items.
Requirements:
- Holds a bachelor’s degree or above in any field;
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in jewellery business.
Working hours are 37.5 hours per week.
Salary is £27,500 per annum with additional optional bonus at the end of year based on performance.
